20th month update

I'm in the hotel, trying not to wake up my roommate right now :) This is also the first time Caleb has not seen me for more than half a day. I'm in Tahoe for 3 days for a team off-site. :( I miss him. :'( Since it's too early to call him, I'll write about him.

Anyway, here's some random pics from Caleb's 20th month:



Random updates:

• Caleb knows ALL his uppercase letters now!
• Caleb knows numbers 1-10 now! (he's got a new thing for playing with a deck of cards while he eats breakfast. In one breakfast, Daddy taught him the numbers 1-10! He also knows J, Q, K, A from before, but he'll say Queen and King)
• Caleb's been learning more and more colors. He learned the basic ones a while back from his curious george book (that he calls "monkey book"...or as he says it, "mmm-n-key bu-k!"...thanks Andrew & Jen!) but he's learning a few others now too.
• Caleb's Grandpa, Uncle Victor & Auntie Karena came to visit last weekend before Uncle Victor's surgery. Here's some pics.

• One of Caleb's new favorite things is taking LOTS AND LOTS of photos of himself! Every time I turn on my camera, I have tons of new Caleb photos taken by Caleb himself! They all look something like this. (the first one is his first every photo of himself)

• And the big one...Caleb started his first day at day care earlier this week (8/25)! He got into Google daycare after sitting on the waitlist for a long time. Yay! Such great facilities and teachers. Here's a pic from Caleb's first day.
